These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from business transactions or website usage shall be first attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by arbitration in Khulna, Bangladesh, under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, and the language shall be English. Both parties agree to waive class-action lawsuits.
All RFQs submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or email are considered genuine business inquiries. By submitting an RFQ, you confirm that you are a business entity or authorized representative. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
